The Patient Portal of the Murcian Health Service is the citizen platform of reference for bringing different healthcare services closer to patients in the Region of Murcia.

This mobile application aims to facilitate access to different services offered by the Patient Portal to citizens. These services include:

• Appointments: Manage all your appointments with your primary care doctor, nurse, and hospital conveniently and efficiently. You can also receive a reminder of your appointment via email to schedule it in your phone's calendar.
• Telemedicine Consultation: Easily and comfortably consult with your primary care doctor or nurse from your mobile phone without the need to go to your health center.
• Electronic Prescription: Access your active electronic prescriptions, including dosage instructions, upcoming dispensation dates, and download the treatment sheet.
• Oral Anticoagulant Treatment: If you are prescribed an oral anticoagulant treatment (such as Sintrom), you can download the treatment sheet approved by your hematologist.

To register on the patient portal, the application will guide you through the process, currently offering two options for creating an account:

• In-Person Registration: Visit your health center with the duly completed request form and a form of identification (ID card, passport, or driver's license).
• Digital Certificate: If you have a digital certificate, access the patient portal's URL on your PC: https://sede.carm.es/sms/portaldelpaciente to create your account.
